My account and editor settings

You can change your Profile and Subscription settings from the menu in the left-hand panel of the My Grammarly dashboard. You can also manage your Personal Dictionary, change your password, and select between American, British, Australian, and Canadian English under Profile.

Additionally, you can configure your Preference settings when editing a document in the Grammarly Editor.

This option allows you to

  • Disable the auto-jumping to the next alert
  • See the number of words/number of characters/reading time/speaking time/readability score in the footer
  • Increase the font size of the document.

To adjust your Preference settings, open any document and click the gear symbol in the lower left corner of the page. In the window that opens next, simply toggle the switch next to your preferred setting to either enable or disable it. Here's what that window will look like:
