If you see the “Can’t connect right now” error, reset the app’s state by clearing its data as described below:
- Open Settings on your device.
- Scroll down and tap Apps (or Apps & Notifications, or Application Manager, depending on your Android device model).
- Find and select Grammarly from the list of installed apps.
- In the App Info section for Grammarly, tap Storage or Storage & Cache.
- Tap Clear App Data at the bottom of the screen.
Note: Once you clear the app data, all notes in your Drafts will be deleted. If you have any important information stored in Drafts, please copy it to a safe location before clearing the cache.
