How to collect Superhuman Go browser extension logs

Error logs are typically requested by our Support team when there is a technical issue with the Superhuman Go browser extension. If you experience a technical issue, visit the Resolve Issues section of our Help Center first.

To collect the Superhuman Go browser extension logs, follow the steps below:

Step 1: Activate logging

  1. Click the Superhuman Go icon in your browser’s toolbar. If the Superhuman Go icon isn’t visible in your browser’s toolbar, click the Extensions icon and pin Superhuman Go:

  2. With the Superhuman Go browser extension Settings panel open, activate the Debug Menu:

    • On Mac: Press and hold Option + Ctrl + Shift + D
    • On Windows or ChromeOS: Press and hold Alt + Ctrl + Shift + D

    Tip: You must press and hold all those keys at the same time after clicking the Grammarly icon.

  3. Scroll down to the end of the Superhuman Go browser extension menu. A special Debug Menu should be displayed. Switch on both:

    • Logging
    • Advanced Logging

    Note: Advanced Logging may temporarily affect the performance of Superhuman Go and your computer while it is turned on.

Step 2: Reproduce the issue

  1. Open the website where the issue occurs.
  2. Reproduce the issue again by following the exact steps that cause it.

Step 3: Download and share the logs

  1. After reproducing the issue, click the Superhuman Go icon in your browser’s toolbar and scroll down to the Debug Menu.
  2. Click Download Logs to save the Superhuman Go browser extension logs to your computer:

  3. Turn off Logging.
  4. Share the log file grammarly-logs.tsv with us as an attachment.
