I do not see suggestions in Google Docs or they are not applied

If suggestions offered by Superhuman Go do not appear or aren’t applied in your Google Docs document, ensure you are using the latest version of the extension.

In Google Chrome

  1. Uninstall the Superhuman Go browser extension by right-clicking the Superhuman Go icon in the browser’s toolbar and selecting Remove from Chrome.
  2. Visit the Chrome Store to install the Superhuman Go browser extension: Superhuman Go: AI Assistant
  3. Click Add to Chrome to start the download.

In Microsoft Edge

  1. Uninstall the Superhuman Go browser extension by right-clicking the Superhuman Go icon in the browser’s toolbar and selecting Remove from Microsoft Edge.
  2. Visit the Edge Add-ons website to install the Superhuman Go browser extension: Superhuman Go: AI Assistant
  3. Then, click Get in the upper-right corner, and select Add Extension.

If the issue persists, please submit a support request and include the following information so we can investigate it further:

  1. Record a video of the issue you’re experiencing. You can help us understand and resolve this by using your preferred video recording tool (even a smartphone video will work).
  2. Specify your current screen resolution. To check your screen resolution, visit this page: What Is My Screen Resolution?
  3. Tell us if the issue starts as soon as you open a document and launch the browser extension, or if it only happens some time after you’ve applied certain suggestions.
  4. Specify whether your document contains any images.
  5. Specify whether your document is in pageless mode: Change a document’s page setup: pages or pageless. If it is, switch to standard mode and let us know if the issue persists.
  6. Provide a copy of the original Google Docs document. To download a copy of your document, do the following:

    1. In your Google Docs document, click File Make a copy.
    2. Click ShareGet link.
    3. Click on Restricted and change the option to Anyone with the link.
    4. Change Viewer to Editor.
    5. Click on Copy link and then click Done.
    6. Send the link to us.

    Note: Our team will need to view your document to investigate this issue.
