Review the list of websites where you can occasionally experience an issue with the Superhuman Go browser extension below.
At this time, the Superhuman Go browser extension doesn’t initiate in Gmail if your interface is set to a language that uses a right-to-left script. To change your Gmail interface to English, follow the steps in this Gmail Help Center article: Change your Gmail language settings
If that is not the case, clear your browser cache as described in this article: How do I clear cache and cookies?

At this time, the Grammarly Proofreader agent doesn’t check the subject line of emails composed in Gmail.
As a workaround, we suggest copying the subject line and pasting it into the body of the email for the Proofreader agent to check, then copying the text back to the subject line.

If the issue occurs in Google Chrome, re-enable the Superhuman Go browser extension in Google Docs:

If the Superhuman Go icon isn’t visible in your browser’s toolbar, click the Extensions icon and pin Superhuman Go.
- Click the Superhuman Go icon in the browser’s toolbar, then turn off and turn back on Check for writing suggestions on Google Docs.
If the issue persists or you experience it in Microsoft Edge, clear your browser cache as described in this article: How do I clear cache and cookies?
Ensure that there are no footnotes and tables in your document. These complex elements can cause compatibility issues with Google Docs documents that contain them.
As a workaround, we recommend removing them, then adding them back after editing your document with Superhuman Go.

At this time, documents of 30 pages or more may slow down Superhuman Go’s performance. We are working on extending this limitation.
Superhuman Go supports several Google Drive services, including Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Forms. Google Slides is not currently supported.
To use Superhuman Go in Google Sheets, install Superhuman Go for Windows and Mac.
Superhuman Go works in WordPress from the /wp-admin page (https://<domain.com>/wp-admin/post.php) and the classic editor.
At this time, Superhuman Go does not initiate in WordPress from https://wordpress.com/post/<domain.com>.
