Superhuman Go for Windows or Superhuman Go for Mac disappeared

1. Restart Superhuman Go:

   1. Click the Superhuman Go icon in the system tray and choose Go → Quit Superhuman Go:

      

   2. Click Type here to search next to the Start menu, type in “Superhuman,” and launch the Superhuman Go app. Alternatively, double-click the Superhuman Go shortcut on your desktop or taskbar.
2. Restart the app or refresh the website where you are editing your text.
3. Reinstall Superhuman Go as described in this article: How do I reinstall Superhuman Go for Windows or Superhuman Go for Mac?
4. If none of the above helps, please contact Support. To expedite the resolution of the issue, we recommend that you retrieve and attach the Superhuman Go for Windows logs and a video recording of the retrieval process.

If you can’t find the Superhuman Go tab when hovering over the right edge of your screen, click the Superhuman Go icon in the menu bar, select Superhuman Go, and check whether you have the option to Turn on Superhuman Go tab:

The Superhuman Go tab is only available when Superhuman’s generative AI assistance is turned on for your account. You can turn on generative AI features in the Feature customization panel of your account settings.

If you don’t see underlines or can’t use Superhuman Go in a particular application or website, we recommend that you follow the instructions below:

1. Check if Superhuman Go is turned off for any websites or apps:

   1. Click on the Superhuman Go icon in the menu bar at the top of your screen, and select Superhuman Go → Settings.

      

      If there’s no Superhuman Go icon in the menu bar, open Launchpad and select Superhuman Go.

   2. Select the Block List tab. If Superhuman Go is deactivated for certain websites or apps, the list of those websites and apps will appear under Blocked by you or Blocked by admin.
2. Restart Superhuman Go:

   1. Click on the Superhuman Go icon in the menu bar at the top of your screen, and select Superhuman Go → Quit.

      

   2. Open Launchpad and select Superhuman Go. Alternatively, open Finder, select Applications in the sidebar, and double-click Superhuman Go.
3. Restart the app or refresh the website where you are editing your text.
