This error message may indicate temporary connection issues and typically resolves on its own.
If you continue to see this error message, check whether your internet connection is stable. We also recommend reconnecting to Wi-Fi or restarting your Wi-Fi router.
Note: This issue may also occur if you’re using an outdated version of Superhuman Go for Windows or Mac. To resolve it, reinstall the application by following the steps in this article: How do I reinstall Superhuman Go for Windows or Superhuman Go for Mac?
If the issue persists, follow the instructions below for your operating system to sign out of Superhuman Go for Windows and Mac, restart it, and sign back in.
- Click the Superhuman icon in the system tray (in the lower-right corner of your screen) and select Go → Settings.
- Under the Account tab, click Sign out.
- After signing out, click the Superhuman icon again and select Go → Quit Superhuman Go.
- Click the Superhuman icon again, and select Open Superhuman.

Click Open next to Superhuman Go to restart the application:
Alternatively, double-click the Superhuman Go shortcut on your desktop, or open the Start menu, type “Superhuman,” and launch Superhuman Go for Windows.
- In the window that opens, click Sign in. On the next page, enter your account login credentials.
- Click the Superhuman icon in the menu bar in the upper-right corner of your screen and select Superhuman Go → Settings.
- Under the Account tab, click Sign out.
- After signing out, click the Superhuman Go icon again and select Superhuman Go → Quit.
- Click the Superhuman icon again and select Open Superhuman.

Click Open next to Superhuman Go to restart the application:
Alternatively, either open Launchpad and select Superhuman Go, or open Finder, select Applications in the sidebar, and double-click Superhuman Go.
- In the window that opens, click Sign in. On the next page, enter your account login credentials.
