If you encounter an “SSO is not enabled for your organization” error message, it indicates that the SSO option is not enabled for your organization on the Grammarly side. Please contact your account representative from our Sales team or reach out to our Support team.
If you see the “SSO is not active for your organization” error message, please ensure that SSO has been configured and activated by your team’s admin.
If you have the admin role, please navigate to the Authentication page and verify that SSO is configured and activated.
