How do I open my browser in incognito mode?

To open the browser’s incognito or “private browsing” mode, please follow the instructions below: 

Chrome
Safari
Firefox
Microsoft Edge

To open an Incognito window in Chrome:

  1. Open Chrome and click on More (three dots) in the upper right corner of your screen
  2. Select New Incognito Window

Alternatively, you can use the keyboard shortcut Command+Shift+N on Mac or Ctrl+Shift+N on Windows.

To open a private window in Safari:

  1. Choose File
  2. Select New Private Window

To open a private window in Firefox:

  1. Go to the Firefox Menu
  2. Select New Private Window

To start private browsing in Microsoft Edge:

  1. Open Microsoft Edge and click on More (three dots) in the upper right corner of your screen
  2. Select New InPrivate Window
