PDF reports are currently supported in the classic version of the Grammarly Editor. If you’re using the new docs experience, this feature is not available there yet. To check if you’re using the new docs experience, take a look at your browser’s address bar. If it starts with https://coda.grammarly.com/, you're in the new version.
If you’re currently using docs, please copy or recreate a document in the classic version of the Grammarly Editor. Here is how to create a Classic document:
If you cannot download the PDF report in the classic version, please refer to the troubleshooting steps below.
To download your report successfully, please re-upload the document in question to the Grammarly Editor and see if the issue persists when you try generating a PDF report again.
Alternatively, please try accessing the Grammarly Editor at https://app.grammarly.com with your browser’s private mode:
To open an Incognito window in Chrome:
- Open Chrome and click on More (three dots) in the upper right corner of your screen
- Select New Incognito Window
Alternatively, you can use the keyboard shortcut Command+Shift+N on Mac or Ctrl+Shift+N on Windows.
To open a private window in Safari:
- Choose File
- Select New Private Window
To open a private window in Firefox:
- Go to the Firefox Menu.
- Select New Private Window
To open an Incognito window in Microsoft Edge:
- Open Microsoft Edge and click on More (three dots) in the upper right corner of your screen
- Select New InPrivate Window
