You may be able to solve a problem by reinstalling Grammarly for Android, but be aware that doing so will cause you to lose Drafts. (See note below.)
To reinstall Grammarly for Android, follow the steps below:
- Uninstall your current version of the Grammarly app.
- Search for Grammarly in the Google Play Store.
- Tap Install next to the Grammarly for Android listing to start the installation.
- Once it’s installed, follow the onscreen instructions to complete the setup process.
Note: When you reinstall Grammarly for Android, all notes in your Drafts will be deleted. If you have any important information stored in Drafts, please make sure to copy it to a safe location before reinstalling the application.
