To resolve this issue, follow the instructions below:
If you are logged in to your Grammarly account at https://app.grammarly.com, but the issue persists, right-click the G icon in the browser's toolbar, click This Can Read and Change Site Data, and check the box next to On All Sites:
Then, please restart your browser and check if the issue persists.
If you are logged in to your Grammarly account at https://app.grammarly.com, but the issue persists, please configure your browser's settings at about:Preferences#privacy as shown in the screenshot below:
Then, restart Firefox to make sure the change is applied and sign in to Grammarly again. Please note that the change won't be applied by reloading the tabs.
