I don't see the G icon in text fields

Follow the troubleshooting steps for your browser below to resolve the issue.

Chrome
Safari
Firefox

1.  Make sure you have the Grammarly extension installed and enabled.

  • Copy and paste this string into your address bar: chrome://extensions and hit enter.
  • Make sure Grammarly for Chrome appears in the list of extensions and that the Enabled checkbox is checked.

2.  Make sure Grammarly for Chrome works properly by:

  • Click on the Grammarly for Chrome extension icon in the extension bar.
  • Make sure the pop-up that appears is not blank.
  • Otherwise, check out this article.

  • Navigate to the Extension tab.
  • Make sure Grammarly for Safari appears in the list of extensions and that the Enable Grammarly for Safari checkbox is checked.

  • Click on the Grammarly for Safari extension icon in the extension bar.
  • Make sure the pop-up that appears is not blank.
