I don't see the G icon in text fields

Follow the troubleshooting steps for your browser below to resolve the issue.

Chrome

Check that the Grammarly extension is installed and enabled:

  1. Copy and paste this string into your address bar: chrome://extensions and hit enter.
  2. See whether Grammarly for Chrome appears in the list of extensions; confirm that the Enabled checkbox is checked.

Ensure that Grammarly for Chrome is up and running:

  1. Click on the Grammarly for Chrome extension icon in the extension bar.
  2. See if the pop-up that appears is blank. If it is blank, check out this article.

Check that the Grammarly extension is installed and enabled:

  1. Copy and paste this string into your address bar: about:addons and hit enter.
  2. Check the list of the extensions for "Grammarly for Firefox". Ensure that it's not disabled.

Ensure that Grammarly for Firefox is up and running:

  1. Click on the Grammarly for Firefox extension icon in the extension bar.
  2. See if the pop-up that appears is blank. If it is blank, check out this article.

Check that the Grammarly extension is installed and enabled:

  1. Open Safari Preferences by either navigating to Safari —> Preferences or pressing Command + Comma (,)
  2. Navigate to the Extension tab.
  3. Find Grammarly for Safari on the list of extensions and verify that the Enable Grammarly for Safari checkbox is checked.

Ensure that Grammarly for Safari is up and running:

  1. Click on the Grammarly for Safari extension icon in the extension bar.
