I don't see the G icon in text fields

Follow the troubleshooting steps for your browser below to resolve the issue.

1.  Check that the Grammarly extension is installed and enabled:

  • Copy and paste this string into your address bar: chrome://extensions and hit enter.
  • See whether Grammarly for Chrome appears in the list of extensions; confirm that the Enabled checkbox is checked.

2.  Ensure that Grammarly for Chrome is up and running:

  • Click on the Grammarly for Chrome extension icon in the extension bar.
