Superhuman Go brings your AI assistant to your phone. Assign it a task or ask it anything, connect the apps you already use, and let agents handle the work—right from your iPhone. This guide walks you through the main screens and how to get the most out of the app.
Start a new chat
When you open the app, you land on the New Chat screen. This is the home base for everything you’ll do in Go.
- Tap the text box that reads “Assign a task or ask anything.”
- Type your request—a quick question or a full task you’d like Go to take on.
- Tap the arrow (↑) button to send.
That’s it. Go gets to work and replies in the same chat.
To start a fresh conversation at any time, tap the compose icon in the upper-right corner. To revisit earlier work, open the menu (see below).
Tip: Tap the + button next to the message box to jump straight to Manage Connectors.

Choose how Go handles actions
Some tasks involve Go taking an action for you—for example, creating a calendar event or drafting something in a connected app. You control how much oversight you want using the approval control beneath the message box.
Tap it to switch between two modes:
- Ask for approval—Go checks in with you before it acts. This is the safer default setting and a good choice while you’re getting familiar with the app.
- Always allow—Go proceeds automatically without pausing for confirmation. Faster, but hand it more trust only for actions you’re comfortable with.
You can change this setting whenever you like.
Open the menu
Tap the menu icon (☰) in the upper-left to open the side panel. From here, you can reach your connectors, agents, and past tasks.
Connectors
Link the apps Go works with. More on this in the “Connect your apps section” below.

Agents
Agents are specialized assistants for specific jobs. The panel shows the agents available to you and lets you add more:
- Grammarly—writing help and suggestions.
- Reader Reactions—see how your writing is likely to land with readers.
- Humanizer—make text sound more natural and human.
- Agent Store—browse and add more agents to Go.
Tap any agent to use it, or open the Agent Store to discover new ones.
Tasks
Your recent chats and tasks appear here—for example, a calendar event you created or a general request—with a timestamp so you can pick up where you left off. Tap any item to reopen it.
Connect your apps
Connectors let Go work with information from the tools you already use. Open Connectors from the menu to manage them.
Under Manage connectors, you’ll see the status of each app. Apps already linked show a ✓ Connected label—tap the ••• menu beside one to edit or remove it.
Connectors shown in the app include Google Calendar, Gmail, Outlook Mail, Google Drive, Jira, and Confluence. To find more, tap Browse connectors at the bottom of the screen.
Note: Browsing and adding connectors to work with info from your apps is available on paid plans.
Manage your account and settings
Open the menu and tap your profile icon (your initials) to reach Settings. Here you’ll find:
- Manage Account Settings—manage your subscription and account, including deleting your account, on the web.
- AI & data sharing—review and adjust how your data is used.
- Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and Acknowledgments—the legal and reference details.
- Sign Out—log out of the app.
Your name and email are shown at the top so you always know which account you’re signed in to.
A few tips to get more done
- Be specific. The more context you give Go in your request, the better the result—treat it like briefing a capable teammate.
- Connect what you use most. Linking your calendar, email, and docs lets Go pull in real context instead of guessing.
- Start with “Ask for approval.” Once you see how Go handles a certain type of task, switch to “Always allow” for the ones you trust.
- Reopen past tasks from the menu rather than starting over. Go keeps the thread so you can continue a conversation.
