Grammarly for Mac doesn’t work in certain apps for Mac

At this time, Grammarly for Mac doesn’t support applications that are built using Electron 11 and lower, as well as apps downloaded from the Apple App Store.

If you downloaded an app from the Apple App Store and Grammarly doesn’t support it, we recommend that you check if the download is available from the app’s parent website through your browser.

Additionally, here is the list of some popular apps that we don’t yet support on Mac:

  • Evernote
  • Visual Studio Code
  • Airmail
  • Skype
  • Notepad
  • Google Chat
  • Trello
  • OneNote
  • Telegram (version 9.0.1 and newer)
