I can’t sign in: Unable to sign you in because there is a personal Grammarly account associated with your work email address

If you encounter this message when trying to sign in to your Grammarly account, it means that you might have used your work email to create a Grammarly account for personal use.

To successfully join your organization’s Grammarly Business subscription with your work email address, we suggest doing the following:

  1. Change the email address associated with your personal account. For detailed instructions, see this article: I need to change my email address
  2. Try signing in to Grammarly using SSO to create your work account.
