“No SSO settings found” error

If you see this error when setting up SSO, it indicates that the Grammarly app in your IdP (identity provider) has not been configured correctly.

To resolve this issue, we suggest checking the following parameters for the Grammarly SAML application in your identity provider:

If all are correct, please clear the browser cookies, sign into your Grammarly Business owner account again, and try to configure SSO once more.

If you encounter a “No SSO setting found” error when trying to sign in to your Grammarly account, please get in touch with your organization’s administrator to validate that SSO has been configured correctly and is activated.
