If you encounter an “SSO is not enabled for your organization” error message, it indicates that the SSO option is not enabled for your organization on the Grammarly side. Please contact your account representative from our Sales department for further assistance or reach out to our Support team.
If you see the “SSO is not active for your organization” error message, please ensure that the SSO has been configured and activated in your Grammarly Business owner account.
To check this, please sign in to your Grammarly Business owner account, and navigate to the Authentication page. Please check that SSO is configured and is activated there.
