Examples of errors:
- Unable to validate assertion: email must be a well-formed email address.
- Unable to validate assertion: email must not be blank.
- Unable to validate assertion: name must not be blank.
If you see “Unable to validate assertion” when setting up SSO or logging in to your account, it means the attributes were likely mapped incorrectly on the IdP (identity provider) side.
To resolve this, we recommend verifying that all the mapping of LDAP attributes and that the outgoing name ID format is set correctly.
