I have an Indian credit card on file, and my renewal payment doesn’t go through

The issue you are experiencing is most likely due to the regulation from the Reserve Bank of India, which states that all renewal payments need to be approved by the customer.

To resolve this, please do the following:

  1. Navigate to the Subscription page.
  2. Click Update in the Payment Method section.
  3. Re-enter your credit card information.

If the issue persists, please try using a different credit card or PayPal.
