If your organization is using SSO as a sign-in method, we suggest that you log in via your identity provider or IdP (a system that provides authentication services to your organization) by clicking the Grammarly icon on the IdP page.
If you see an error message when logging in to your account, check the corresponding instructions below.
If your account was registered using Google, please join your organization by going to https://www.grammarly.com/signin and selecting Sign in with Google.
After logging in, you will be prompted to either join your team or change the email address for your personal account:
Note: Once you join your institution, you will also have the option to use your identity provider for logging in.
To log in to your Grammarly account, you will need to launch Grammarly from your identity provider’s page.
If you do not see the Grammarly app in your identity provider’s dashboard, we suggest you log in at http://www.grammarly.com/signin using your educational or business email address.
If this doesn’t help, we recommend that you contact your account administrator directly to configure SSO correctly using the suggestions provided in the articles below:
- How do I set up SAML single sign-on for my Grammarly Business account?
- How do I configure my identity provider (IdP) for Grammarly?
Note: In case you are experiencing any issues with your identity provider, please reach out to your account owner directly for further assistance.
