Where can I get a Client ID?

Grammarly has recently launched Grammarly for Developers as well as a beta program for its first SDK, Grammarly Text Editor, which allows website and app developers to integrate Grammarly’s suggestions directly into their products and services.

To receive the Client ID and integrate Grammarly into your web platforms or applications, you need to create a free Grammarly account and complete the following steps:

  1. Apply for access to Grammarly for Developers here.
  2. Once your application is approved, log in to your account at and click My Applications.
  3. Click Create an application, enter its name, and click Create.
  4. On the next page, click Credentials in the left-side panel and retrieve your Client ID.
