Where can I get a Client ID?

Our beta program of Grammarly for Developers and the Grammarly Text Editor SDK allow website and app developers to integrate Grammarly’s suggestions directly into their products and services.

To receive the Client ID and integrate Grammarly into your web platforms or applications, please create a Grammarly account if you don’t have one and follow these steps:

  1. Apply for access to Grammarly for Developers here.
  2. Once your application is approved, log in to your account at and click My Applications.
  3. Click Create an application, enter its name, and click Create.
  4. On the next page, click Credentials in the left-side panel and retrieve your Client ID.

If you experience any technical challenges or have questions about integrating Grammarly into your website or platform, visit our GitHub forum.
