An invoice I want to pay has been voided

An invoice can be voided either because it was not paid before its due date or because it was voided by a subscription admin.

To check if your invoice has been voided due to expiration, please refer to the due date indicated in the upper-left corner of the invoice.

Note: In the case of an invoice for subscription renewal, the associated subscription is automatically deactivated when the renewal invoice is voided due to expiration.

If the due date has not passed, it indicates that the invoice has been voided by a subscription admin. In this case, the admin can request a new invoice by going to their Subscription page and clicking Renew Subscription at the bottom. A new invoice will be sent to the designated billing email address within a few minutes and will also be available for payment on the admin’s Subscription page.

If your subscription renewal invoice has expired, please contact Support so we can reactivate your subscription and issue a new invoice for the renewal payment.
