How to turn on voice typing in the Grammarly Keyboard for Android

When using the Grammarly Keyboard for Android, you can activate voice typing or dictation via Google’s dictation option. To do that, follow these steps:

  1. Open Settings, and go to System
  2. In the menu that appears, choose Language & Input, and select Virtual Keyboards
  3. Click Manage Keyboards, and activate Google voice typing

Keep in mind that if you add other languages to Grammarly for Android, the dictation button will become unavailable. To fix this, please follow the instructions below.

  1. Open the Grammarly app
  2. Go to Keyboard Customization > Keyboard languages
  3. Remove all enabled languages except for English
  4. Go to Keyboard Customization > Button next to space bar > select Dictation
