To resolve this issue, please restart Microsoft Word or Outlook. If this doesn’t help, we recommend that you reinstall your video card driver:
- Go to Display settings > Advanced display settings > Display adapter properties > Properties > Driver and click Uninstall Device
- Restart your PC, go to Display settings > Advanced display settings > Display adapter properties > Properties > Driver and click Update driver
If the issue persists, please press Win + R, insert %Temp% and press Enter. Then, delete all files in the Temp folder that opens next. Also, make sure there is at least 1 GB of free space on your C drive.
