Remove team members with SSO activated

Who has access?
- Grammarly Business and Grammarly for Education admins

1. Unassign access to the Grammarly app in your identity provider for team members that you would like to remove. 
2. Remove the corresponding team members from your subscription by following the steps outlined here.
