This offering includes access to all Premium-level writing suggestions, an administrator dashboard, centralized reporting, and integrations with workplace tools. Who is eligible for this offering?

This offering is designed for teams of three or more and is available to registered nonprofits and NGOs around the world providing public services or programs for social good. 

Governmental entities and educational institutions are not currently eligible.

How do I request access for my organization?

Please use our request form. You’ll need to provide some information about your organization and documentation verifying your nonprofit status.

What will happen to my account on December 31, 2020?

Currently, this offering is available until December 31, 2020. 

Right now we’re focused on supporting the immediate needs of nonprofits and NGOs, so we have not yet finalized our plans for 2021. In the coming months we will reassess and provide more information about what will happen at the end of the year. We will not automatically erase your account or automatically convert you to a paid subscription. 

Is my information safe with Grammarly?

Yes, organizations can trust Grammarly to keep their data safe. We know security and privacy are imperative, and we use a combination of technical, physical, and logical safeguards to ensure user data is safe and secure. This includes encryption, secure network configuration and data transfer, restricted employee access, and several other measures.

We don’t sell or rent user data to third parties for any reason, including for them to deliver their ads. Period.

My organization meets the eligibility requirements for this offering, but we have already paid for Grammarly. Can we get a refund?

If you purchased Grammarly after January 1, 2020, please contact our support team to explain the situation. Be sure to include proof of payment for your Grammarly purchase and documentation verifying your nonprofit status.

If your purchase was before January 1, 2020, you can request to be switched to the offering for nonprofits and NGOs at the end of your current subscription period. Please contact our support team and include documentation verifying your nonprofit status.
