Eligibility FAQs
I am an individual working at a nonprofit or NGO. Do I qualify?
This offering is specifically designed for teams of three or more people. You can still get writing support from Grammarly by creating a free individual account. If you don’t feel that the free version of Grammarly can meet your needs, please contact our Support team and include documentation verifying your organization’s nonprofit status.
My email address does not meet the requirements. Can you help?
Because this offering is intended only for use by nonprofits and NGOs (excluding government entities, educational institutions, hospitals, and health insurance organizations), we are requiring people to sign up using the domain of their organization. We are excluding email addresses that we can identify as not meeting that requirement, including those created on free-use websites and those we recognize as being from educational institutions. We are also excluding email addresses already in use for Grammarly accounts. If you feel your email address has been rejected in error, please contact our Support team and provide proof that your email domain is associated with an eligible nonprofit or NGO.
My organization meets the eligibility requirements for this offering, but we have already paid for Grammarly. Can we get a refund?
If you purchased a subscription instead of applying for our free offering for nonprofits and NGOs, please contact our Support team. Be sure to include proof of payment for your Grammarly purchase and documentation verifying your nonprofit status.
