I did not receive a confirmation email

We suggest the following steps to resolve this issue:

  • Check your spam or junk folder and any tabs in your inbox.
  • Try adding these email addresses to your email contact list and then send yourself a confirmation email again:

If the confirmation email still doesn’t arrive, it’s likely that your firewall/email server or filter is blocking Grammarly's emails. We recommend contacting your IT department or your email service provider's customer support to whitelist the following IPs and email addresses:
