For business account administrators:
If you purchase a business license using the email address associated with your individual subscription, we’ll automatically issue a prorated refund for your individual plan within 30 days of the business purchase.
If you still haven’t received a refund or used a different email address to subscribe to Grammarly Business, please submit a request to Support. Be sure to provide the email addresses associated with your individual and business subscriptions so we can help you quickly.
Note: If you purchased a subscription via the Google Play Store, please contact support to receive a refund. For subscriptions purchased on the Apple App Store, please follow these instructions to request a refund from Apple.
For non-admin users:
If you’d like to cancel Grammarly Premium and receive a refund, please submit a request and provide the email addresses connected with your Premium and Grammarly Business accounts.
