Receive a refund for a Grammarly Premium subscription after upgrading to Grammarly for Business

For Grammarly for Business admins:

After you purchase a Grammarly for Business subscription using the email address associated with your individual Grammarly Premium subscription, we’ll automatically issue a prorated refund for your individual plan. It may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment method.

If you haven’t received the refund or you used a different email address to upgrade to Grammarly for Business, please submit a support request. Be sure to provide the email addresses associated with your individual and Grammarly for Business subscriptions so we can help you quickly.

Note: If you purchased a subscription via the Google Play Store, please contact support to receive a refund. For subscriptions purchased on the Apple App Store, please follow these instructions to request a refund from Apple.

For members of a Grammarly for Business subscription:

If you’d like to cancel your individual Grammarly Premium subscription and receive a refund, go to the Subscription page and click Request A Refund:Screenshot_2021-04-16_at_00.46.17.png

Be sure to provide the email addresses associated with your individual and Grammarly for Business subscriptions so we can help you quickly.

Note: If your organization’s subscription is currently on a free trial, the option to request a refund will appear after the free trial ends and the payment for your organization’s subscription goes through.
