Receive a refund for an individual plan after upgrading to a team plan

For admins of team plans:

If you purchase a team subscription using the email address associated with your individual subscription, you’ll automatically receive a prorated refund for the individual one. It may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment method.

If you haven’t received the refund or you used a different email address to purchase a team subscription, please submit a support request. Please provide the email addresses associated with both subscriptions so we can assist you promptly.

Note: If you purchased a subscription via the Google Play Store, please contact Support to request a refund. For subscriptions purchased on the Apple App Store, see the instructions in this article: Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple

 

For members of a team plan:

If you’d like to cancel your individual subscription and receive a refund, go to the Subscription page and click Request a refund.

If you haven’t received the refund or you used a different email address to join your team’s subscription, please submit a support request. Please provide the email addresses associated with both subscriptions so we can assist you promptly.

Note: If your organization’s subscription is currently on a free trial, the option to request a refund will appear after the free trial ends and the payment for your organization’s subscription is processed.
