Receive a refund for a Grammarly Premium subscription after upgrading to Grammarly Business

For Grammarly Business admins:

After you purchase a Grammarly Business subscription using the email address associated with your individual Grammarly Premium subscription, you’ll automatically receive a prorated refund for your individual plan. It may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment method.

If you haven’t received the refund or you used a different email address to upgrade to Grammarly Business, please submit a support request. Be sure to provide the email addresses associated with your individual and Grammarly Business subscriptions so we can help you quickly.

Note: If you purchased a subscription via the Google Play Store, please contact support to request a refund. For subscriptions purchased on the Apple App Store, see the instructions in this article: Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple

 

For members of a Grammarly Business subscription:

If you’d like to cancel your individual Grammarly Premium subscription and receive a refund, go to the Subscription page and click Request A Refund.

If you haven’t received the refund or you used a different email address to join your organization’s Grammarly Business subscription, please submit a support request. Be sure to provide the email addresses associated with your individual and Grammarly Business subscriptions so we can help you quickly.

Note: If your organization’s subscription is currently on a free trial, the option to request a refund will appear after the free trial ends and the payment for your organization’s subscription goes through.
