How do I receive a refund for my Premium subscription after upgrading to Grammarly Business?

For Grammarly Business subscription owners:

After you purchase a Business subscription using the email address associated with your individual Premium subscription, we’ll automatically issue a prorated refund for your individual plan. It may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment method

If you haven’t received the refund or you used a different email address to subscribe to Grammarly Business, please submit a support request. Be sure to provide the email addresses associated with your individual and Business subscriptions so we can help you quickly.

Note: If you purchased a subscription via the Google Play Store, please contact support to receive a refund. For subscriptions purchased on the Apple App Store, please follow these instructions to request a refund from Apple.

For Grammarly Business subscription members:

If you’d like to cancel your individual Premium subscription and receive a refund, go to the Subscription page and click Request A Refund:Screenshot_2021-04-16_at_00.46.17.png
