I can't update the Grammarly Editor for Windows and Mac

We suggest that you reinstall the Grammarly Editor for Windows and Mac to resolve the issue.

macOS
  1. Click the Start button
  2. Go to Control Panel -> Programs and Features
  3. Right-click on Grammarly and select Uninstall
  4. Click this link to install the app again
  1. Click on Finder
  2. Select Applications in the Finder sidebar
  3. Drag the Grammarly app from the Applications folder to the Trash (located at the end of the Dock)
  4. Click this link to install the app again
