Error: "No document is open or your document could not be detected. Please try to open your document again"

If you encounter the error “No document is open or your document could not be detected,” please install Grammarly for all users by following these steps: 

  1. Download Grammarly for Microsoft Office at https://grammarly.com/office-addin
  2. Double-click the GrammarlyAddInSetup.exe file
  3. When you see the “Welcome to Grammarly” window, click Get Started while pressing the Shift and Ctrl keys on your keyboard.
  4. Check the Install for all users option and click Next:
