I didn't get a free week of access to Grammarly Premium. What should I do?

The most common reasons a free week wasn’t added to your account are:

1. The person you invited didn’t follow the link to sign up at our website.

Solution:

Ask the person you invited to click on the link they received by email or found on your social media profile and follow the instructions on the page that opens to sign up. (Your friend must be using Chrome, Safari, or Firefox.)

2. The person you invited didn’t install Grammarly’s free browser extension.

Solution:

Ask your friend to install Grammarly’s free browser extension for Chrome, Safari, or Firefox. It only takes a second!

 3. You already bought a monthly, quarterly, or annual subscription plan.

Only customers currently using the free version of Grammarly can earn weeks of Grammarly Premium by referring friends. If your friend accepts your invitation after you buy a subscription, the free week will be added only to your friend’s account. If you don’t allow your subscription to auto-renew, your account will be downgraded to the free version at the end of your subscription period and you will be able to earn free weeks again by referring your friends.
