I can't log in to the Grammarly Keyboard for Android with my login details

Please follow these steps to troubleshoot the issue:

  1. Reboot your Wi-Fi router and try signing in again. If you're using 3G or 4G, please see if you're able to access the internet using your browser.
  2. Temporarily turn off your VPN and antivirus app (if you're using them on your mobile device).
  3. Try to log in to the Grammarly Keyboard from another location (office, home, etc.) where the internet service provider is different.

If the issue continues, please take a full-screen screenshot of the problem and send it to us by submitting a request at Contact Support.
