Grammarly doesn’t check text in fields that are marked as sensitive, such as password and credit card fields. Additionally, we have blocked the keyboard from checking the text in search fields, URL fields, and email address fields.
However, it should work in messaging apps and other applications with text fields. If that’s not the case, please send the following details to the Support team so we can investigate this:
- The name of the app(s) where Grammarly doesn't check specific text fields
- A full-screen screenshot of the text field where Grammarly is turned off. Please find the instructions on how to take a screenshot here.
Please include the screenshot when you submit a request at Contact Support.
