I didn’t receive a confirmation email. What should I do?

If you signed up at and didn’t receive the confirmation email, try logging out by going to and clicking Log out in the left-side panel, and then log in at and click Resend email.

If you’re still not receiving the confirmation email, try the following:

  1. Check your spam or junk folder and other tabs in your inbox.
  2. Try adding these email addresses to your email contact list and request a confirmation email again:
