I signed up at Grammarly.com instead of Grammarly.com/edu. What should I do?

If you signed up at grammarly.com instead of grammarly.com/edu, please log out by going to app.grammarly.com and clicking Log out in the left-side panel, then log in at grammarly.com/enterprise/signin. Next, find the email titled “ACTION REQUIRED: Confirm your email” in your inbox and click Verify email. If prompted, enter the access code provided by your institution.

Alternatively, you can delete your account by following the instructions in this article. Then, go to grammarly.com/enterprise/signup to create a new account. 

Note: If you have a Premium account associated with your educational email address, please submit a support request.
