Error: "Logging in…"

If you can't log in and see a "Logging in…" message, it probably means that your proxy configuration needs to be tweaked. Follow the troubleshooting steps below to resolve the issue.

  1. Check if you use a proxy server by following the instructions for your OS here.
  2. Check if your proxy requires authentication. Your system administrator can assist with this.
  3. If yes, specify your login details by navigating to Grammarly on your Word or Outlook toolbar > Support > Proxy settings as shown below.
