If you see this error message, we recommend that you reinstall the Grammarly desktop app to resolve the issue:

- Click the Start button
- Go to Control Panel -> Programs and Features
- Right-click on Grammarly and select Uninstall
- Follow this link to install the app again
- Click on Finder
- Select Applications in the Finder sidebar
- Drag the Grammarly app from the Applications folder to the Trash (located at the end of the Dock)
- Follow this link to install the app again
