Why was my payment method declined?

If there was a problem processing your payment, please check your payment method details and try again.

Although only your bank or credit card issuer can confirm the exact reason your payment was declined, here are some of the most common causes:

  1. Incorrect credit card number or expiration date
  2. Insufficient funds
  3. Payments declined based on location, or because online international payments are not enabled
  4. Payments declined based on a bank’s fraud rules

We accept the following payment methods: Credit cards, debit cards (excluding Visa Electron, Mastercard Maestro, and Interac), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Note: Due to restrictions specific to different payment processors, some payment methods may not be available. The list of available payment methods will be shown upon checkout. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, or payments made by phone.
