Is your text freezing at the 5% point and you are an @edu user?

We expect to have a fix in our system for this issue within 72 hours.

Until then, you may still experience issues with your submission freezing at the 5% point. We ask for your understanding while we get this fix implemented on our live systems.

A possible work around during this time would be to follow the suggestions below:

- Paste your submission and run the review like you normally do

- If you notice the 5% freeze, please hit F5 in 3-4 minutes after you noticed this issue. (This 5% thing is only the result of your proxy server blocking our connections, in the reality the text is being checked in a regular mode. Hitting F5 will allow you to refresh the page and see the checked text.
