Please add the following:
1. the ability to upload formated documents like MSword (I know I "could" use the download/plugin but my company doesn't allow me to download/install software.)
2. ability to make a suggestion/note "go away" on a per rule, and per instance basis while reviewing
3. ability to provide feeback as-to why suggestions weren't (or were) helpful
4. ability to turn off (and save preferences) for things like "don't check citation audit"

Dear Chad,
Thank you for your feedback. We are committed to making your experience at Grammarly pleasant and rewarding.
Sometimes Grammarly finds errors that don't exist. It happens more often than you might think. When I spot these, I check 'No' on the feedback. Does Grammarly see the sentence that caused the false positive? If it doesn't, it should, and Grammarly's programmers should look at the feedback and correct the program.
Could you please make the selections types in the review box permanent for the user by adding a keep selections choice box. I'm editing a 433 page novel page by page and find it very annoying to keep having to change my review types every time I paste a new page for review.
It would be really useful if the word plugin offered to check a selected area rather than telling you the document was too big.
I am just a user. However, when I retired, I was a senior programmer/web developer. Now, I am a self-styled writer. When I use software tools, I have a certain insight that many other people lack. I can appreciate the obstacles and limitations that Grammarly programmers have. One of them is preserving the formatting of the source word processor. The user copies text into a browser text box where the WP's formatting is lost. I accept that limitation because I know the reasons the formatting cannot be preserved -- easily. It can be done, in my opinion, just not easily. It would take many man-hours to solve. On Grammarly's shortcomings, I have a different opinion. While I find Grammarly to be an indispensable tool, I know that the programmers have some work to do. However, they will not know where there program needs to be corrected unless they understand the problem. They cannot do that without feedback. That's why I suggested that Grammarly uses the feedback to identify the errant sentence. Later, I will have another comment on a different topic.
I am just guessing, but I think that Grammarly uses a British dictionary. Sometimes I make spelling errors and Grammarly offers spelling corrections. One example is the word, "defence". I cannot think of another example off-hand, but i think I might be right. If I am, then perhaps Grammarly should allow the user to choose the dictionary, English or American.
Please I can not get to the individual error and suggestions , kindly assist
Dear Joe,
We appreciate your suggestions! Grammarly checks for both American and British English.

... ellipses & - dashs don't seem to be recognized, such as, "There was no concern, William just died..." or "No, not today - it would be a month." As it marks this type of usage as an error?
Can't find the MS Word add in when I pull down tools.
