It asks to "Upgrade your account"

Yesterday Iopened new account, and I actually used it yesterday. Today I logged in and I copied my text pasted in, but when I clicked on start review I logged out and the programm asked me to upgrade my account. shal I do that every time I use Grammarly?

I haven't done anything, the program just kicked me out and asked me to upgrade my account.  I received my bank statement yesterday and I have been charged another year subscription.  It should work for me as it has been over the past year.

Dear Myles,

Just email support with the credit card number of the card that was charged and they will take care of it. Most probably, the email you used was misspelled, or the payment has actually failed.

Dnhk,

You can cancel your current subscription plan and purchase another one after your account has been downgraded to a non-paid status. Or, you can email our support and they will do the necessary. :-)

I tried grammaryly before, there was lots of other features then. It also needed to download the program, however, this time I noticed the system has changed. I remember also before, when you purchase you can choose what features you want to add.

Dear Mark,

Grammarly is 100% Web-based, meaning there is no software to download or update.

You are probably referring to Grammarly Microsoft add-in. It copies and sends your text to Grammarly editor box. In order for Grammarly to check your text, you must have an active Internet connection and be logged into Grammarly.com.

I have just took care of the situation. Please subscribe again selecting your preferred subscription plan. To do so, please login to your Grammarly account with your e-mail address, go to "Your Account" link, press "Upgrade to full version".

According to our billing records, no payment has been made and your account is still listed as limited (free). 

Perhaps you used another e-mail address and have another Grammarly subscription?

I am unable to use the program, though I am supposed to be charged for it on my Paypal account.  I would like to try the program out on student papers to see if it would be a reasonable recommendation for the ESL students in my composition classes.  Please check my account and see why it won't work'  I don't want to send you the file because it is a student paper, and I don't have the permission of the writer to be passing around her papers.  Besides, there is nothing wrong with the file itself.  It is the program accounting that isn't working.

I am experiencing the same problem here, actually this is the second time in two days that my account has  been downgraded from the full (paid) one year subscription to the limited (free) one. Kindly can you fix this for me once and for all? I don't want to wake up every day only to find that i have to send support a message to re-upgrade my account yet again.

Dear Truc,

Grammarly is an online application. You need to have Internet connection and be logged in at www.grammarly.com website in order to use the service, that is to proofread your text.

Our school was bought your "subscription for Grammarly@edu Writing Support Suite for 500 FTE (valid till 1/31/2013).

But today I log in and I copied the text pasted in, but when I clicked on "start review", cannot proceed and show  "upgrade my account" only.

Why our school buy the Access Code, we still need to upgrade the account??
