Dear Grammarly
I recently subscribed to Grammarly. I later realized that I could get student discount, and I asked that my subscription be changed to a discounted one.
I never thought that my case would be treated so fast, and favorably too. I was contacted under 24hrs and my initial subscription was cancelled, and student discount was given to me.
The customer service was nothing but excellent!

I don't think this site has great customer service. I am facing trouble in making subscription payment, no sort of assistance has been extended.
I need to cancell my subscription but I am having problems.
How can I change my credit card on file. I want to use new credit card. Please help.
