How was this helpful to "three" people when you didn't have an answer posted here? I'm looking around and I dont see any answers or links to the answers? Are these 3 people Grammarly employees?

Me too! I am having this problem and would like to know the solution. 

I cannot find grammerly on my add-ons and I am so frustrated I have 6 papers due for class I need an answer

I did find the "Grammarly" tab in word but I found this pop up after pressed "check grammar"

You may have a proxy or firewall issue, both may require help from your system admin. for your computer.

If you know you proxy information.

1) Click the "Log in" button on the tool bar

2) Click the "Log in under a different account"

3) Click the "Proxy settings..." button on the lower left of the dialog window.

4) Enter proxy information

5) Click the "Check connection" button to verify the connection.

6) If the "Check connection" indicates a successful connection, click the "Save settings" button to save your proxy information.

As for the firewall, you may have to enter the Grammarly IP address into your firewall.
