Grammarly add-in Grammar/Spelling

The add-in will not check grammar/spelling, only the synonyms and plagairism.  Grammar and spelling option is "grey" out and not functioning.  How do I fix?

Dear Robert,

I'd suggest you do the following:

1. Uninstall your current version of Grammarly Add-In (via Control Panel -> Add or Remove Programs)

2. Download the latest version from http://www.grammarly.com/desktop/ and follow the instructions of that page to install it.

3. Then, open any text document in MS Word, find Grammarly's Check button in the toolbar and press Check.

4. Enter your Grammarly account e-mail and password if prompted.

5. You should see the Grammarly sidebar with four tabs: Grammar, Spelling, Synonyms and Plagiarism. It should say Checking... and then start displaying suggestions.

If it still doesn't work for you, please contact support by creating a ticket and providing them with the copy of your text.
