Dear customers,
If you are using Mozilla Firefox when accessing Grammarly, you can be seeing the "Start Review" button grayed out. This is caused by the temporarily incompatibility with Firefox and we're currently working to resolve this issue.
We ask you to please use any other browser for using Grammarly editor: Google Chrome, Safari, Internet Explorer 7.0, 8.0, 9.0.
We appreciate your patience as we're trying to resolve this.

Thanks for trying to work this out! I live by Firefox and have been working my way around these glitches with creative solutions. Today, nothing doing with my previously effective methods. We appreciate your attention to successfully integrating the use of this browser.
"Start Review" button is not working with me too, but neither for using editor Explorer.

Bad timing folks! Have papers due next couple of days. Buttons not working properly (paste, review, clear) with IE. Worked on Sunday the 22nd! Please repair...

Using Internet Explorer - Start review button is not working (it is not grey).I used this last week and it was fine ...what is going on?
Mine works fine in Explorer 8; however, still no luck with Firefox.
How long is this going to take to get Grammarly to work with Firefox again. Up until today, it was working just fine. I prefer not using Explorer as it tries to reset everything and take control, and every time I used it in the past some new glitch or virus messes up my computer. I guess this answered my question whether to renew or cancel Grammarly. If it can't work with Firefox, I can't use it anymore.

Comment to all users, I contacted Grammarly and asked when my account was to be renewed because if I can't access it through Firefox, it isn't of value to me because I refuse to use Explorer. I expected to get a date or an approximate date it could be fixed and if not, I would get information on how to close the account if Firefox were not in their plans. However, that is not what happened. The representative immediately closed my account and sent me an email and said it was too late to get a refund.
Can you believe that? I would think common sense would come into play that if the client will not be getting a refund the representative would email and say so and possibly reassure the client that the software will be able to work with Firefox in so many days, what should they do. But not this representative, they just shut my account down and said sorry no money (not verbatim).
For all of Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Internet Explorer users: the issue with the "Start Review" button should be resolved now. If this is your browser of choice, feel free to go back to using it again.

hi there , i am using google chrome and it is the same problem, the box doesnot appear to paste my text, and sometime it does and i have problem to paste my text. I have my own account and paid !!!!!
